Our conference Technicians have full certification in electronics and can be able to trouble shoot and solve any problems in terms of equipment maintenance and this ensures that our conferences continue seamlessly to the satisfaction of the client. These technicians also undergo refresher courses in electronics to acquaint themselves with the changes in new technology.
We also organize forums where we meet and discuss professional challenges facing the industry and how to overcome them. This is done with our existing interpreters as well as those interested in joining the profession and who have shown some level of excellence in languages so that they can be groomed and motivated to become future interpreters. The same is done for technicians. This ensures that we are able to grow in line with our future growth prospects and this also ensures continuity as a service provider.
Customers’ feedback on our service delivery has been excellent and encouraging and we can only hope of scaling new heights. Nevertheless, we strive not to be complacent, since customer demands keep on changing every time and we have to do everything to retain existing ones as well as access new ones without compromising on quality.
