Service Cancellation Terms
Refund eligibility for service enrollments depends on when the refund request is made and how much of the service content has been accessed:
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing date to avoid future charges
- Partial refunds may be considered when a duplicate charge or billing error is confirmed
- Fees for completed service periods are generally non-refundable once access has been provided
- Once a service completion completion summary has been issued, no refunds will be provided
Monthly Plans
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds for monthly subscriptions are only provided if requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
- Annual plans may be reviewed individually when cancellation is requested shortly after purchase
- After the review window, annual fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law
Setup Services
Promotional offers or bundled services may carry separate billing or cancellation terms stated at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable unless required by law:
- Downloadable materials, templates, or resources that have been accessed or downloaded
- One-on-one coaching or consultation sessions that have been scheduled or completed
- Live webinar or workshop attendance after the event has commenced
- Access codes or license keys that have been revealed or activated
- Services purchased at a discounted rate during promotional periods, unless otherwise stated
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
Cancellation Request Process
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation or billing review, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number, and date of purchase
- Provide a brief explanation of the issue or request
- Submit your request before the next billing date whenever possible
Review Timing
Cancellation and billing review requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days. If a refund is approved, timing may vary by payment provider.
Refund Method When Applicable
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If a technical issue materially limits access to the platform, contact support promptly so we can investigate and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Content Quality Concerns
If you believe a service was materially misdescribed or billed incorrectly, notify us promptly so we can review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that exceptional circumstances can happen. In unusual situations, we may review requests individually and, where appropriate, offer account credit or another reasonable solution.
Billing Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your access to all services and service materials
- Permanently ban your account from future purchases
- Pursue collection of any disputed amounts through appropriate channels
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to addressing all legitimate issues fairly and promptly.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Partial refunds may be considered when:
- Service content has been partially accessed but significant issues are identified
- A subscription is canceled mid-cycle under special circumstances
- Technical problems affected a portion of your learning experience
- Service updates or changes significantly alter the content after your purchase
The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances and at the sole discretion of Paylentra.
Account Credits
As an alternative to monetary refunds, we may offer account credits that can be applied to future purchases. Account credits:
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Can be applied to any service or service offered by Paylentra
- Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Will be forfeited if not used within the validity period
Service Transfers
If a refund is not applicable but you wish to change your service selection, we may allow a one-time service transfer under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 14 days of original purchase
- Less than 20% of the original service content has been accessed
- The replacement service is of equal or lesser value
- Only one service transfer is permitted per purchase
If the replacement service is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference before access is granted.
Group or Corporate Purchases
Refunds for group enrollments or corporate purchases may be subject to different terms based on the specific agreement established at the time of purchase. Please refer to your purchase agreement or contact our corporate sales team for information regarding group purchase refunds.
Cancellation of Services by Paylentra
In the event that Paylentra cancels a service, service, or subscription for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid for the canceled service. Refunds in such cases will be processed automatically within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
